First I look at the product, not how it was delivered. Complaining that a product was leaking or broken in the packaging doesn't help anyone who wants to know how a product works. This should go straight to Revane. They are great at solving shipping issues. Second, my review of the product itself. I've always liked dishwashing liquid, so I decided to try dishwashing liquid. Price was the main selling point and you get what you pay for. It doesn't degrease very well and the foam doesn't last long. I use twice as much to wash dishes. It smells like gain and doesn't dry out your hands, but that's the only good thing. I'm going back to Dawn, but if you want cheap dish soap, then that's fine. For less than $2, it deserves a 3-star rating. It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst.
