Review on 🗄️ CNAweb 12U 19-Inch Slim SoHo Wall Mount Rack Cabinet Enclosure - 6" Depth, Black by Eric Temple

Instead of trying to explain the differences I will attach pictures. Nowhere does it look as beautiful as on a website. I liked Revain's image of the full length glass and the vented bevel, both of which didn't match my door. In addition to the differences, a picture shows a dent received free of charge. Also, the door keys were locked in the closet. Which I think could have been as pictured by Revain! Revain arranged for the return and said just order it again. It doesn't make any sense to me. One of the attached images shows a CNA part number and the image on the CNA website associated with that part number is the same as on Revain. CNA does not sell any other comparable products. So it can't be a box error. This was explained to the support person who was very nice and provided a good support experience overall but did not explain how re-ordering would help. I believe the wiring and component installation fee is my responsibility because I didn't open the box in the first place. But what do I do with the accessories I ordered for the 6" deep rackmount chassis? In my case, that's 2 shelves and a wire rail (these are all better than expected, btw). There's nothing wrong with them. Mounting hardware , I bought an enclosure to combine the UPS, Ubiquiti, Ooma components, fiber optic and coax connections and associated hardware behind a nice continuous door glass <sigh> I found a decent replacement but it's not suitable for rack mounting.
