Product defective on USB fans

After unpacking, I followed the instructions to % full charge the fan. The light came on while charging. Upon completion, I tried turning it on. The blue light came on like the fan was on, but the blades weren't moving. I tried everything to fix it and I really needed this fan today so I bought it
