I love these heated braces! I've had shoulder pain for the past 3 years and it really limits me because I always feel like I have to put up with it a bit to not further damage my rotator cuff. It is not easy to cure this, especially at the age of 60. I got physical and cortisone shots but it never fully healed. This heating pad is exactly what I need! I leave it on for most of the day, usually with the heat on, to limit my shoulder movement and prevent my muscles from tightening (heat helps prevent this) and 3 times a day I take it off and do it gently . arm and shoulder to gradually build muscle. So every time the brace is removed, I focus on that shoulder and don't do anything that could damage it. I simply follow my doctor's advice on exercises that will strengthen that arm and shoulder, and then put the brace back on so I can continue my daily life without further damage. You know what it's like when you're doing housework, you can't remember every second of the injury, and it only takes a second to make the wrong move and make the injury (and pain) that much worse. When I first tried to put on and adjust this brace, I had trouble getting it right; The instructions that come with it are not good at all. I ended up using an image of a corset from a Revain ad and after sitting in a chair with it for a few minutes to get used to the different parts I found it very easy to use. It fits snugly when adjusted correctly and is very comfortable. So if it seems difficult at first, don't give up! I didn't see anything in the instructions for charging before use and it turned on right away so I put it on and started using it right away. Then I noticed in an ad for Revain that he needs to charge it for 12 hours before using it. Well, when I disassembled and charged it, it was fully charged in about 2 hours. Who writes this guide?
