I've been having back and shoulder pain recently, I think it's my bed and I really wanted to soothe and massage those areas. I have a massage gun, but I can't reach my back with it, so I'm only doing a reasonably good job with the massage gun. I was tempted to book an appointment at the spa but I just don't have time with my job and I'm tired after work. After searching the internet and Revain I found this massage mat. It sounded like a godsend! It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I can position it sitting on the couch or lying on the floor. I love how easy it is to control the intensity on the remote and it has really helped my back. With that and a massage gun, I see no need to rush to the spa.
