Review on Vocera Platform by Gary Lucas

I like being able see who is calling me from anywhere with my smart phone or computer without having them come into our office! It's easy for patients too because you can call your doctor through their app if need be instead of going back-and forth via email/text messages etc..

Sometimes we don't get calls right away so sometimes i have missed important appointments but this has never happened before voceras service department was contacted immediately after realizing there were no voicemails left!! Great product. We are saving time by not needing paper appointment reminders sent out every day as well us knowing where everyone at work /school during business hours - makes life easier especially since some days more than others employees do go home early which would cause confusion about whether someone needs picked up earlier next morning (or even later).
