The ability to create custom fields as needed by our organization is super helpful since we are constantly adding new products/categories for clients across multiple offices around Canada! This software does have some quirks though where it's not always easy sometimes getting forms in or out through certain functions like emailing them directly into emails but you get used with this pretty quickly once they've been set up properly!! Highly recommend if your looking at something that will organize all types documents easily- from invoices etc., everything can be attached via excel so its very convenient when working remotely too :D If I didn't know better i'm sure there was an upgrade recently - perhaps try again? We use PVE solely because nothing else comes close yet has way more features than other softwares which makes us feel secure knowing what type document needs organizing best fits each client request perfectly :) Automation helps reduce manual I like that I can search and find what I'm looking for with ease. I don't like that the system is not as efficient as I would like it to be. I have to spend a lot of time searching for the correct document to upload. I wish it would be easier to upload a document and it would automatically be assigned to the correct person. I am solving the problem of having to store and manage all of our company documents. It allows us to store all of our company documents in one place in a secure manner.
