I like that it is easy to use for all employees in my organization because we have different departments within our office where each department uses this software differently so being able to utilize one tool across the board has been helpful! The ability to create custom fields as needed by our organization is super helpful since we are constantly adding new products/categories for clients across multiple offices around Canada!
