4XLS with blue trim I'm 5'8 1/2", 15" biceps and 38" waist . I have a 30" inseam and have the perfect proportions of an average man in terms of torso to leg ratio. I have a broad chest and muscular buttocks; my weight falls disproportionately on my stomach and not on my legs or arms. I'm pretty limp 240 lbs. :-( All this to say that the 4XLS fits me as if it were tailor-made for me! I will come back to this review and add quality aspects after using it; for now I say that this is the article is well made and fits me perfectly.
