The best thing about this software was that it allowed us as an organization or department to easily create our own blog posts for other staff members! It also had the ability of creating polls which were very useful in getting feedback from employees/students when we needed them too (sometimes difficult with students).

We did not use any type of social media marketing but I am sure they could be used effectively if you have enough people using their services (which can sometimes get expensive!). This program has been beneficial because now all my teachers are posting blogs online instead of writing out letters explaining what needs fixing at school etc., plus its free so why would anyone complain? Having more time during class periods than before since no one wants to write notes anymore while having classes going on.
