I like the packaging, not the smell.
That's very nice. It would be better if the house was closed so the child could carry it around. Whatever the case, if the little one decides to move their house from one place to another, all the pieces need to be put in a bag/container. There was also an unpleasant odor when I first opened the packaging. One that is present in some Chinese products. I don't know if it's just the one I have that smells or if this particular house in Hong Kong smells the same.
