It smells great and is one of the best shampoo/body gel combos that actually makes detangling easier. My oldest is four years old and has very long hair that is difficult to comb after bathing. But after using it, her hair became soft and easy to comb. While I love the smell of it and how well it has helped with detangling and conditioning, the main downside is that it doesn't soothe tears. Normally I wouldn't care but as this is a children's item I was surprised there weren't any tears on it. My kids are used to it, but sometimes getting soap in their eyes causes discomfort. will order it again. I would give it five stars, but not just because it's not without tears.
