They looked good at first but after a few months they all broke. Ibwas put on 2 at a time hoping they would last longer but to no avail. The material is some kind of junk.

We bought these to replace the old ugly ones that used to be on the lower panel behind the doors and although they look a lot better many of them are already after about two use broken for months. We take good care of our doors, nobody slams them shut or anything, so I'm very disappointed that a lot of them broke in half.

Much less obtrusive than spring and door handle bumpers. We have them all over the house. Sometimes it takes a hard hit with a hammer to get rusty pivot pins out, but once you've loosened them they usually come out easily. Be sure to allow yourself a little extra room when installing, as heavy swinging will move the door past its normal stopping point.

I usually judge things by what I expect. Are these the best doorstops of all time? no They're pretty good and the price is great! They do what they were designed for, I have a feeling the rubber stopper will fall off in a few years and it's a bit small. Again, I can't fault this product given the price and my expectations.

They're great for preventing kids from punching holes in the walls. Not all of my doors could use them because I have some old brass hinges, but for the doors they work on, any door that has a nail at the top of the hinge should be a great solution. 1 installed and quickly broke while testing. So I installed 2 on the same door and both immediately bent and broke (because metal is so cheap it breaks when bent). I installed the last 2 and didn't touch the door. I am sure they will break the first time someone opens them fully. Sigh.

Installed on the outer (rear) door. There are 4 hinges on the door, on 2 of them I put a stopper. After 4 or 5 days both broke in half. I reinstalled thinking it was an accident. The same a few days later. Thought maybe I installed them wrong. A few days later the same thing happened after installing them differently. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The guys broke the springs that were bolted to the baseboards so they needed something stronger. It mounts to the top loop so you can't reach it. Keep holes in the walls, which is good. Update 01/11/2021: 4 of them broke off in a very short time. Wouldn't buy again. They appear metallic and very fragile. I had to replace them with better breaks (also bought from Revain).

I don't like anything about them other than the workmanship. The advertising says the tips are "rubber" but the material doesn't have the properties that most of us would describe as rubber. The "plug" is hard and unyielding, and as you can see from my photo, it doesn't take long to poke a hole in your door. The funny thing is that I put them in to prevent the very problem they were causing. The house is 30 years old and now I have a dent in the door thanks to them.

Attach to all doors in a rented apartment. This is to prevent the doorknobs from breaking holes in the drywall if people aren't careful when opening the doors. 😂 They are quite cumbersome to assemble because you have to pull the pin out of the door hinge, but they are definitely worth it in the long run. I've found that it's easier to get the pin back into the hinges if you spray it with WD-40 first. Buying a pack of 10 is a great deal if you have multiple doors as it gets quite expensive to…
