The product is excellent for the prevention of sore throat, other infections and fungal infections. This is a great option for patients who have had radiation therapy down their throat or chemotherapy who have these issues. A problem is expensive. Each bottle costs almost $20, and if you need it, then for a long time, say, years. My wife uses 4 bottles a month (Upon waking, after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner and before bed. Also after a walk or workout. Some may need to reconsider. Taste and mouthfeel that were sensitive to radiation and much less flavor or taste changes for a while. But my wife really liked it and still prevents infection. (She had candida infection and was very ill after radiation) Kids don't like strict order but my grandson did used it once and that's it complained of mouth pain for 2 days and had difficulty eating. I don't know about the safety for children aged 1-2 years. The manufacturer could provide safety for small children and toddlers.
