Amazingly easy to install on a 2004 Grand Cherokee! Only 3 screws to loosen the side panel and 3 bolts to unscrew the mirror. I watched videos on YouTube. However, the guy took all the door hardware and unhooked them to completely remove the door panel. You can work with infill by pulling the panel without the door being able to be removed. Just loosen the screws carefully so they don't fall into the plate. Ready in less than an hour. Pay attention to the small black pins that are part of the mirror. I think these are sensors built into the car door. I broke off the old one. Then the old mirror started to spread over the mirror with something like ink. So I made sure the new one didn't break.
