Good for making small PETG packaging
Bought unit due to very low price - Testing such systems for making custom molded PETG packaging for optics that we manufacture in our lab. It was a bit difficult to use at first - no instructions at all - nothing but that's to be expected for the price. We use 3D printed resin printer molds to make the master mold. Make small holes in the mold to pass the vacuum. It takes a few minutes for the 0.5mm PETG to sag, then manually presses the master mold with vacuum pull. 0.75mm thick PETG also works well. You must use a full sheet (15 x 15 cm) to cover the vacuum.
