I've had other epilators, each of them did their job perfectly. However, this one didn't lift or remove much of the hair. He left stubble and I think he clipped some of the hair, not removed it. I don't have ONE patch of smooth skin. Please note: (1) I have used Phillips products for many years and my favorite is the Sonicare toothbrush. I was very disappointed in this product. The quality was questionable from the get go and when I turned it on after a full charge it sounded like a cheap electronic device. (2) My criticism of this product has nothing to do with the seller, only poor quality and defective goods.
