I love how simple it was when setting everything up! It's super intuitive - you don't need any training or assistance from anyone else in order to get started with your campaign right away. There are so many different features that we could have used but they've been there since day 1 of our launch which made us feel comfortable using them after some time as well. We haven't had issues yet at this point though if anything comes out then just contact support immediately because my team members will be able solve most problems within minutes (we're talking about 10 people). They do offer free trial periods too where one month would let me try things before committing myself fully into paying monthly subscription fees. So far nothing really bad came across during those trials either. Email campaigns management & reporting system.
