I like the fact that they are very quick to respond and very proactive in the way they approach their customer. I also like that they go above and beyond the scope of their services. Not only do they fix my issues, but they also make sure that I am fully satisfied with their services. They are a no nonsense company. I think anyone that is looking for a fast response when it comes to IT support for a business should look no further. They take their job very seriously. They are always making sure that they do everything they can to ensure your IT issues are taken care of. They are always proactive in trying to make sure that you are satisfied with the way they service you. They do what they say they are going to do. They really do work hard to make sure that you receive the most efficient service out there. I like that they are very knowledgeable about what they do. They will work hard for your organization if it is in good standing. It can be difficult getting them to take an interest in something other than their own product or service. We use USResources for helpdesk monitoring which allows us to keep track of tickets and ensure we address them as soon as possible without having to wait until someone gets around to looking at them.
