I have a friend who can't get on with most bike seats. We loved driving together but she always felt a little uncomfortable, especially after 20-30 minutes. While I suspect part of the problem is that she only rides occasionally and has never gotten past the saddle pain stage, I'm sure part of it is because they fit her. So I decided to find a better fit. for her. My first try was the PlanetBike ARS Classic women's seat, which I bought based on the good reviews here on Revain. But it turned out to be smaller and sportier than I expected and my girlfriend never accepted it. Second replacement. This Serfas worked for them where other seats had failed. She's much more comfortable and I'm happier too because I'm reassured. For reference, the size and design of this seat is a bit like a cruiser. It's definitely not what you'd expect from a road bike, but it's not ridiculously big either, and it looks silly like some kind of SUPER ULTRA MEGA GEL. It looks too slick/stylish for my liking - I like the simple details, I even go so far as to cover tire logos with matte black paint - but I don't care as long as it offers comfort.
