solid product. Too short for my bike. The installer needs to know how to use the chain cutting tool correctly when the length is not correct.
A quality product that gets the job done. Unfortunately, to replace the original chain on my AddMotor HitHot 7 speed electric mountain bike, it was about 4 inches shorter. Not sure why. I skipped the master link that came with the new chain and added a 4" section from my old chain to get the new chain to the correct length. Learning how to properly use my new chain breaker tool took trial and error (and watching a few YouTube how-to videos), but with patience I succeeded and am now a master chain breaker/joiner! Authorization!
