I have a faucet that opens and I was able to easily replace this faucet head with my old one. The only thing not included in the kit was teflon tape, but I had it lying around at home. In addition, this faucet is powerful. The other blender head required me to prewash certain dishes, pots and pans before putting them in the dishwasher. Even with washing-up liquid, leftovers remain. With this faucet you no longer have to pre-rinse. The high power level in this mode washes many baked or dried products at once. While watching the video featured on this list, I wasn't sure if it would really remove anything that was caked on or even dried out, but it acts like a pressure washer and removes pretty much anything, and that's just it with water in it! It's very easy to change the settings as they're right on the side, so as long as I hold the button I can easily switch to other settings. As a precaution, if you hold a dish or item you are washing too close to the water, the bouncing jet can wet you and those around you.
