I just tested it today (June 28, 2019) and it doesn't work? How can a return be out of date today, June 28, 2019? My 12 volt battery is 12.60. I checked the fuses, they're ok. The device cannot be switched on. I can't use an inverter that won't turn on. I want to exchange it or dispute the charges. UPDATE: The seller responded quickly and was in the process of replacing the device. However, I examined the alligator clip and found that it is not connected. Looks like the soldering failed. I fixed it in just a few seconds. The connection is not visible unless the plastic on the clip is peeled off.
