This is quality equipment. Well thought out and has a very solid construction. Absolutely everything you need is included, except for the 91% isopropyl alcohol needed to easily clean up the melted glue when you're done. The kit includes two types of glue sticks. The clear sticks are for the thicker parts of the car, like the roof and hood, while the black sticks are for the thinner parts of the car, like the doors and some side panels. The kit comes with a variety of different dent "keys" that you can use to find each unique dent you come across. Overall I am very satisfied with the performance of this product. I had 3 nasty dents from a chair that fell on my car roof (as shown in the photos) and they were all easily removed by following the instructions provided. Please see the before and after photos. Cleaning was very easy and the whole procedure didn't damage my car's paintwork. I'm glad I bought the BITOE dent remover.
