Only used a few times and fell apart completely, don't waste your money.
Considering how much I spent on this product I would not buy it again. It was the only steam mop with all the attachments I could find. I've only used it three times for my floor and it's all plastic. It turned out that under steam, plastic deteriorated and began to fall apart and crack. Now I can't even use the card itself, it's completely disconnected.
