The company supports the product

I had some problems with my first purchase, which customer service tried to fix for me. The lock wouldn't accept a zero as part of my passcode and I had battery issues that got fixed. Carmtek staff sent me a new complete door lock free of charge. I installed it and it works as it should and I'm happy with the performance and ease of use. It's made very secure and I love the convenience of not having to use a key anymore. Thank you Carmtek for great customer service...John
