I've had this for a few months now. Here's my short review: • Easy to install. You don't really need instructions, but you should measure the distance between the hooks and the top and bottom plates. This can be tricky, but it all depends on how much space you have. • Vacuum wall screws. Do yourself a favor and go to a hardware store and get some good anchors. It may cost you an additional $3-6. • It is durable and the construction is good. • Note, and this is a big problem for me, I would like a longer hook plate. I have several road, cyclocross and time trial bikes. They all have 700c wheels. The wheels ride over the hook plate and touch the wall. The bike hits the wall even more when the tire is flat (some bikes I don't use for months). Not a problem if you don't care about scuffs on the walls, but for me it's important. One of the reasons I got this is because I can have clean walls and this product failed in that regard. • Overall this is a good product but see paragraph above.
