I like that it's easy to use, you can drag and drop data points in order to make your own charts and reports without any coding or software knowledge required. It is very flexible with its features as well, so there are many options for customization of the report layout. There isn't an option to save my work when i'm done creating a specific chart/report. So if something goes wrong, then all my hard work would be lost since i have no way of saving my work before exporting it to another format such as PDF or Excel. This tool helps me track sales trends over time by allowing me to build customized pie charts and bar graphs using data from our database.
