Not Durable: Steam Mops

I bought these in August 2019 and used them about 3 times a month. It's April 2020 and it's not working. Steam does not escape and does not heat up. Also, the bristles on the adaptive attachments only lasted a few times before wearing out. Waste of money, tried to contact the company, no help. My advice is buy something with a guarantee or from a company with better customer service.
