The screen was new as promised, went to the computer store to install the equipment, told me to wait, it would only take a few minutes, I watched him install, he turned on the laptop but the screen didn't light up on, he installed the old broken one to make sure there was no connection but a broken screen came up. I sent it back and ordered another one hoping the new one works. It works
