I ordered tires through Costco which took a month to receive due to specialty tires. A month later we agreed on the installation. When I showed Costco's TPMS they said they didn't have a programming tool to make sure it was working properly so I took the risk they programmed. They know the workers don't take commissions, they just work for volume and less hassle. So I contacted Mobiletron for a refund even though 10 weeks into the future and they ignored me twice. Finally after 4 months they said they don't refund. So, hey Mobiltron, if you're touting that even Costco can easily accommodate you, then you should. Please return my purchase.
