This material is very good. the taste is actually not as unpleasant as one might expect. I can't think of a weakly developed craving that would make me get up in the middle of the night to take a sip, but it's definitely not offensive. rather, it tastes like half of my taste buds were out at 10 am, smoking a cigarette, and not present at the time of the evaluation. I will consider the taste a big win as I have never tried any of these supplements, I was not shocked in any way. More importantly I feel significantly more hydrated with probably 18-20% more energy than before and very slightly less stress. Not sure if the latter is the effect of this supplement anyway, but it looks like I left everything on the table this morning.
