I've been to photo shows and looked at a lot of good ring lights that didn't fit my budget. It's definitely a great deal and I'm very happy with it. It's a large size and fits either my iPhone or my DSLR which I love! Did some testing with it and the tones and adjustable brightness are great. Has the perfect amount of light to illuminate a portrait without glaring the subject. Attractive ring lighting and glare. It must be plugged into a power source to function, not a charger/wireless/portable. Great for a deal.
