It's free! There are no costs for using it, which makes this software very appealing from an initial point-of view. The interface looks clean - everything can be managed easily with drag'n'drop functions or directly through keyboard shortcuts. Everything works as expected, so there aren't any issues in general usage. I'm not familiar enought yet about customization options regarding templates/stylesheets etc., but at first sight they seem pretty extensive. Definitely worth checking out! We're migrating our content management system to use Dita because we need something more powerful than WYSIWG editors such as CKEditor offer us right now. I like all aspects about this tool, it has everything we need in one place! It's easy for everyone who wants to use our content management system. The only thing I dislike sometimes when using some features there are not so clear instructions provided with them by support team or help center. Some people might think its too complicated but as long as they know what their doing then no problem at all. We implemented everything from scratch because nothing existed out side of this product.
