OEM part, looks great when fitted. There are no instructions, but you can find out. To remove the old ones and put the new ones in place, you have to move a little and make an effort, the gap between the bumper and the bracket to which they are attached is small. I loosened a few bumper bolts to give a little more clearance. It looks like you'll damage them if you just force them in, but that's not the case, the only part that gets scratched is hidden behind the bumper once it's installed. This is required if you are purchasing factory tow hooks.
