Review on PixelPoint by Robert Tyus

Very customer friendly, easy navigation of menus/checklists etc., no need to print or copy as it syncs with mobile devices! Perfect check-in system that can be used across multiple restaurants within our organization - very reliable & efficient. The app doesn't load completely when opening so make sure you have enough storage space prior to purchase. It has been working great since we got them about 2 years ago but just recently their website was updated which had some issues loading (very slow). I've realized how much time restaurant managers spend at registers collecting money vs managing guests throughout my career thus using this software helps us streamline guest experience while saving valuable labor costs by reducing register turnover times significantly!! The ease of using this machine, it's speed & accuracy! I love that you can change settings at anytime if needed without having to send someone out there with an expensive repair bill coming your way!! Nothing yet but we are still learning how best utilize the software capabilities so far everything works great as expected. We have been able to save time by not needing additional employees or wait staff who were required previously when serving food quickly during peak times/events etc..
