I have no doubts this company stand by their product and it shows. Wow, you guys rock!Product:* Battery life: It is a 10/10 stars. I remember having charged the drill/driver 2 and a half months ago. Since that day I have not been able to find the charger in the house. I have been using the driver with some regularity since and I was hoping one of this days the charger would turn up. Well, the battery is still running strong. Last week I decided to reach out to see where I could find and buy the charger before the battery finally dies. I have a feeling this battery would still be powering the driver for some months to come.Drill/Driver: 10/10. Feels solid and yet surprisingly light. I have tested it with some tight screws that otherwise by hand would have been a struggle. This driver performed as a champ, and I am really pleased by its performance strength. The chuck feels solid too.Overall: 10/10. It is a keeper. That’s why when I lost the charger, I had to reach out to find the charger as I wanted to continue using it.
