excellent Customr service

i was using this drill for more than 6 months and it worked perfectly for me and has excellent power. used for drilling holes on stucco wall, fixing heavy duty cabinets etc and was veer handy. recently i ran into an issue as the drill bit stuck on the drill head and i reached out to MaiBerg Customer Service for support and they did immediately send a new unit. On top of that i got an extra battery , many additional accessories. thoroughly satisfied with the service. the new drill works…

Great battery life!

Drill works great! Worked on and off for 2 hours fixing fence and battery lasted! Love that it came with hex fittings along with screw driver fittings! Would recommend to friends and family!

Only One Negative Aspect

It's a shame that I had to remove a star because this is an excellent drill. No extra battery is available for purchase so if you are a heavy user and need a spare or if the existing battery dies, you are out of luck.

Lightweight and good battery

Bought this to have for myself. My husband has all the power tools in the house. It is lightweight and the battery charge holds real well on it too. I would recommend to anyone, especially for lightweight jobs. I cannot vouch for heavy weight use but it may work well for those also.

worst cordless ever purchased

the second time I went to charge the battery in about n10 months and the battery would not charge. Only the light on the tool would come on with a temporary humm. Will never purchase again

Great for small jobs and beginners

Bought for small DIY repair jobs around the house. Useful for projects that don’t require a lot of torque as the motor isn’t all that powerful and doesn’t last too long before it starts to sound like it’s struggling. Comes with a built-in flash light (which is handy) and a small kit of accessories (though I would prefer it when the bits are magnetic).I would suggest this to DIY beginners and (given that you later upgrade to something with more power) a tool to tease your dog with.

For a 20v it has very low torque. The motor has an overload stall very easy. Also the battery has no indication it is charging. also sparks

Lightweight and easy to use

This drill is very lightweight. I wanted something easy to use for small jobs around the house. This was perfect! Lots of attachments-especially liked the brush and flexible attachment for hard to reach places. The led light on it is nice too. Even had a box of hardware with it. Battery charged quickly and has held a charge for the past 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend this drill!

It is ok for light drilling and screwdriving tasks but not for serious work.

After my 20 year-old 12V Black and Decker cordless drill broke, I found this drill for $26 after a coupon hoping it will replace my previous one. But I was wrong, it is a smaller lighter version of a normal cordless drill and should be ok for light work but not designed for serious tasks. I will keep it but probably use it for screwdriving purposes and will look for another cordless drill for serious stuff later.

Definitely worth the Price.

This came Just in time. My Daughter was moving and I was able to help put togather a lot of things for her. It made everything so easy. Very light weight and I never had to recharge the battery.

It does its job and actually is light weight. I have used it for several projects and it makes everything so much easier. The price is so reasonable. Battery life is great. Since I got it (about 2 weeks now) I haven't recharged it. Still running strong.

Drill tip started wobbling after 2 months of light use. Do not recommend. Seller not willing to send replacement. The drill produces a lot of heat during use, making it uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time.
