i was using this drill for more than 6 months and it worked perfectly for me and has excellent power. used for drilling holes on stucco wall, fixing heavy duty cabinets etc and was veer handy. recently i ran into an issue as the drill bit stuck on the drill head and i reached out to MaiBerg Customer Service for support and they did immediately send a new unit. On top of that i got an extra battery , many additional accessories. thoroughly satisfied with the service. the new drill works perfectly fine.
