This power drill was doing a terrific job as I was helping my sister set up a hanging vegetable garden in her backyard. I thought there was a powerpack problem and I had ordered two new batteries that just didn't charge. However, my sister came along and told me the outlet I was using didn't have a current. Once, I figured that out, it worked beautifully again, and for a reasonable price! I apologize for my previous rating and comments. Also, the company, made me a very generous offer to replace it completely or automatically take a refund.
