Pros: 1) Picture quality is excellent, very sharp and clear, 2) Good built in stand/cover, 3) Well written user manual 4) Complete set of 4 cables and accessories. Cables and accessories: 2 USB-C to USB-C cables, 1 short and 1 long HDMI female to male micro HDMI cable, power adapter and screen protector. it takes some practice to get to the submenu. You don't have to press it hard, but you have to press it "straight" to access the submenu. If you push it up slightly, you have access to the brightness control. If you press it slightly "down" you have access to the volume control. Once you access the submenu, you'll need to use a combination of up and down toggles and click directly to access the actual monitor settings control you want. Usage: After accessing a submenu, I needed to set up a monitor. For some reason my monitor has a blue setting (accessible from the Color Temperature menu) at 60%. I use this monitor for spreadsheets and this setting made the spreadsheet look blurry. Instead, I set the Eco mode to Text and the red, green, and blue color settings to 50%. This made all cell outlines and text clearly visible and the monitor usable for working with spreadsheets.
