I wanted them mainly for lounging and running errands and they will do the job. They are very stylish. It seems like the material can snag easily, so I wouldn't sit on concrete or train aggressively in it. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that I wish the leggings were more reinforced on the tummy. I would go down a size as I usually wear leggings in a small size, but then I worry that they will be too tight at the waist and just bulge out on my tummy. They are also very slightly long and bunched about an inch at the bottom, but I have short legs. I usually wear 6p pants for reference. Let me know if this review helped by giving it a thumbs up.
