Great product support! UPDATED REVIEW!
I don't understand why you pay good money for damaged goods. USB is not working properly and the fan is noisy. The box was fine, but either there wasn't enough foam in the box or the product was placed in the box warped. In any case, you should not send the second block bent, UPDATE! They support products there and sent a new device that works great, would defiantly buy from them again! Thank you for supporting your product.
