I had problems with the seller. I won't be stingy with words but I'm changing my review entirely because the seller finally agreed. I had one star and am increasing it to four because I really like this product when assembled. So here's the thing. I counted the number of hats I needed to hang and was so excited I found a rack that had just enough racks to hang all my hats and a jacket. I already have a few hat racks. My one big dream in life was to have a parcel shelf that could hold enough hats without piling hats on top of each other and tipping over the parcel shelf. I don't want to hang anything on my wall either. i found this It seemed perfect. Except one. A part was missing. It was a tiny double ended screw that was used to connect one of the hooks to the rest of the rack. Unfortunately, this now resulted in my coat not having enough hooks to hang all of my hats. That's the only reason I bought a hanger. So I contacted eHome and after much noise they finally agreed to send me the part. I waited the required four weeks without receiving anything so they sent it back. This time I received the part and was able to complete my hanger assembly. The actual product doesn't quite deserve five stars as the hat falls off too easily. The actual tech behind it looks like it's missing the best. But otherwise it looks pretty good. Many say that the stand looks pretentious. I think it's functional. The creases in the base are there to give the hats hanging on the hanger more wiggle room and when the hanger is full you don't really see those creases. I just think the curves could be better used to make something that protects the hats much better.
