I don't usually write reviews, but I ACCEPT! What started out as a comforting idea eventually became a game changer when we took our little guy on road trips! My Boston has always been afraid of cars and I've always wanted to have him with me so I can comfort and protect him. I realized this was a misconception because my knees weren't designed to be secure, just like babies being held in their arms and not in a car seat. Even before I received my order, I was emailed asking if the seat belt was on correctly! The buckle snapped perfectly into my 2016 Toyota Rav4 and my puppy dad's 2010 Subaru Outback. Then we got a new car that didn't fit in the buckle (a Jeep Rubicon). I emailed back saying it was too small to fit in a jeep and they were quick to reply! They sent another version of the belt to see if it works for free and to update them on the adjustment. Once again no cigar and because of the feedback I contacted them again. Not only did they send me a different version of the belt, they refunded my first order and sent me this third one for free! I just couldn't ask for better service and communication! My fur baby is now as safe as we are when we ride in the car and I don't find it difficult to open the door because I think it will be excited and jump out of the car! We are now planning LOTS more family attractions! :) WE ARE SO HAPPY THANK YOU MIGHTY PAW!
