I use them for two laptops (lid closed), one on each stand. It's great to have this under or in front of an ultra wide monitor as I can easily switch between them and it has saved me a lot of desk space and the space under the stands is useful for all that crap, that I have to throw away. Desk like pens, sticky pads etc. While I don't use them as monitor stands to comment on durability I love the use case I get from them!
