Review on PerfectPrime TL1917SL Thermocouple Temperature 40 2012°F by Joe Glass
Accurate and Flexible
I'm pleased with the performance of this thermocouple, even though it's expensive. I use it in a wood fired pizza oven and needed something I could roll into a round shape under a baking stone and withstand 1000ºF. That fits the bill. I checked the accuracy with an infrared thermometer and it was within 1º which is fine for my use. I liked it so much that I ordered another one!
