very well packaged for the first time. Second, the instructions were very clear and installation was extremely easy. I did it 10 minutes after reading the installation guide. It takes up a bit of desk space, but it's actually a lot less than I thought it would be, and it's worth it for me to have fresh, clean, safe water that I don't have to lug around! It comes out a little slower than I thought they say you can add a booster pump but I just make up for it by turning it on and putting a gallon jug underneath and letting it fill while I do other things. I've had several empty gallon jugs so I fill them up to keep on hand and just fill them up as I go. Overall I've only had it one day but I'm very happy with this product so far! Update: 5/1/21 I still love this device! I just changed the filters with no instructions, it took me a few minutes to figure out the connection system but it was very easy. Since I bought it my family has grown and now we have another adopted daughter so there are three of us. We fill the pitcher and it works fine. Worth the money for incredibly tasty water!
