I already have two OmniMount products - a full-angle TV mount and a Tria 3 wall system - and I love them. So a few days ago I bought this set of two EL0 speaker stands for my Samsung PS-HS3-1 surround speakers. I assembled speaker stands over the weekend and found that there are two problems.1. One of the square plates is not straight.2. Both double-sided tapes for square plates appear to be damaged. The only way to mount my speakers is to use square plates with double sided tape. After attaching the speakers to the panels, twice in just 5-6 hours one of the speakers fell off - most likely due to the problems described above. I immediately wrote to OmniMount to report the issue and send them photos of the defective product. Two days have passed and I still have not received a response from the manufacturer. Last night the second speaker also fell from its stand onto the wooden floor. I am VERY glad the speaker didn't break as it is part of my Samsung HT-H7730WM 7.1 Home Theater System. I am returning speaker stands and will not recommend them to my friends.
