Ordered it for my grandkids. They're staying with us for a short time and we need a way to get them outside and burn off some of their incredible energy. That's exactly what they like. It's really easy to endure, I made it myself. Just a ratchet between two trees. I really like how many different things there are in this set. All of the attachments are pretty easy to install and, better yet, you don't have to remove the strap to add or remove attachments, which is a nice touch. I don't think I have them exactly as shown in the instructions but they work great. Speaking of instructions they're not bad, pretty good pics to show you how it's done. I have only a small minus and this, in my opinion, is a little expensive. It really is a ratchet strap for basic support. There are several attachments, they are about mid-range, average performance. Although the equipment is heavy. If you are happy with the price I would recommend.
